Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns)
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item you receive, we will gladly take it back and refund you for 30 days after your order was shipped. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned items, shipping is non-refundable. Please let us know the reason for your return so we can serve you better in the future.
Any gift certificates, CDs, books or cards are not returnable and the above policy does not apply.
QAH-Certification Program/ Workshop /Private Session Refund Policy:
5 -10 business days before the workshop, Quantum Angel Healing Certification Program, or Private Session 1/2 is refundable, 0-4 business days before the workshop, QAH-CP or Private Session or a no show is non refundable.
If you need to return or exchange an item, either send an email to moraspiritualcreations@yahoo.com . If you’re sending an email, please be sure to include your full name, the invoice number, how we can contact you and a brief explanation for the return. The item must be returned in its original condition with all appropriate packaging and once received, will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. If that card is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. If returned materials are not received within 30 days, we will be unable to issue a credit. All returns should be sent to:

How to Place an Order
Placing an order or registering for the QAH-Certification Program & workshops is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
- Add an item / service to your shopping bag by clicking one of the “add to cart” or “buy now” buttons next to the item you wish to purchase. You can review what’s in your basket at anytime, simply by clicking the “Cart Contents” or “Shopping Cart” buttons.
- When you’re finished and you’re ready to checkout, click on “checkout.” If you already have an account, simply log in. If not, go ahead and create one by clicking the “New Customer” button.
- Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been completed.
Please note: registration deadline for QAH-CP is three days before start of event.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an online order confirmation and then an e-mail following the placement of your order that confirms that your order was received and has been approved. Payment Methods
At this time we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. As well as check and Paypal. Money orders and checks are accepted for mail orders in US funds only. For customers from Europe we accept payments in European Currency, Euro Dollars, directly into our bank account (Banküberweisung). Please send an email to

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Arizona.
Shipping
Actual shipping cost: depending on the weight of the package and destination we charge what we pay the carrier. The average shipping cost per 1 book within the US is: $ US 3.50.
Handling cost: This can include the cost of packaging materials and insurance cost, if any.
